John Wilcox concentrates his law practice in environmental law, water law and infrastructure project development. He presently serves as special counsel for Tampa Bay Water in developing the largest seawater desalination plant in the United States. Mr. Wilcox is also serving as the leader of a team developing innovative public-private partnerships to design, build, finance, and operate large stormwater treatment areas and water supply reservoirs in South Florida. Mr. Wilcox has extensive experience in such other diverse areas of the law as environmental litigation, construction law, insurance coverage, products liability, securities fraud, and professional negligence. He received his B.A. degree with high honors, as well as his J.D. degree from the University of Florida.
